  1. Deliveries will take place between 10:00 AM and 6.00 PM. If you wish to pause your order, please note that we require 48 hours notice to effect the same.
  2. Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. is a customer focused organisation and will always make the best effort for the delivery to be made within the requested / prescribed time frame.
  3. Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. may not be able to make deliveries to certain areas. You are advised to contact Customer Care at 1-800-2000-857 to ascertain if delivery is possible to the address requested
  4. Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. may choose to make the delivery by a company personnel or by a third party like a courier.
  5. Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. will not be held responsible for delay attributable to reasons beyond Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. control
  6. Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. will make the best effort to deliver the product in undamaged packaging condition. In the rare case of receiving the product in a damaged packaging condition, you are advised to not accept the product and return the same to the Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. delivery person and intimate the Customer Care at 1-800-2000-857.
  7. Just in case you receive the product in a damaged packaging condition delivered by a third party, please email a picture of the damaged product to moo@therightmoo.com immediately and provide a suitable time for a call back.
