  • The SMP has good solubility, dispensability low fat content and clean flavors
  • It can be used in recombined dairies such as UHT milk, yoghurts or cheeses, but also as non fat milk solids in chocolate or in bakery.
  • It is recommended that the product is stored at 25oC with relative humidity of 65% or less in an odour-free environment
  • Has a frozen shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture
  • Packing: 25kg in 2-ply HDPE paper laminate bag with an inner poly liner.
  • Classification of skimmed milk powders according to soluble proteins, WPNI stands for Whey Protein Nitrogen Index.
