Administrative contact(s) will be contacted for all milk related transactions and intimation. Change request confirmation, milk delivery statements, and complaint resolution, if any, will be communicated to administrative contact(s) by the preferred mode of communication indicated by the subscriber and/ or administrative contact(s).
Subscription is for 'quantity' of milk to be delivered as per the Standing Order and can be for one or more milk variants.
The subscription is subject to acceptance and confirmation by The Right Moo.
The estimated time to commence delivery for new subscribers is 4-7 days after realisation of payment.
The subscriber can pause, resume, add or subtract product(s)/ variant(s) subject to the credit value of the subscription and availability of the product(s)/ variant(s) =on the prevailing date(s).
Confirmation of change will be intimated to the subscriber via E-mail.
Subscription must be used within a maximum of 90 days beyond the subscribed days from the date of commencement of milk supply.
Subscription amount will NOT be refunded in part or full.
Special offers cannot be clubbed.
Subscription is non-transferable.
Subscriptions and Renewals will be made at the rate prevailing on the date of subscription.
The Right Moo. will keep the subscribers informed by E-mail or phone regarding offers, and updates.
