Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd., thanks you for choosing to do business with us, refund of payments made to Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. can be made on special cases. The cases are:

  1. The Rightmoo Money Back Guarantee: Most of our sales go smoothly, but if there's a problem with a purchase, our Money Back Guarantee ensures that buyers receive the item they ordered or get their money back.
  2. Further buyers can use the Money Back Guarantee when:
    1. They don't receive an item
    2. They receive an item that doesn't match the listing description or it is received in spoiled / damaged condition
  3. There are certain areas that Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. does not deliver as yet. Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. advises you to kindly confirm with Customer Care at 1-800-2000-857 if delivery is feasible in your area or not before making the payment. In case you have already made the payment and the address you wish the deliver is not covered by Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. then kindly request a refund and the same would be processed.
  4. A best effort is made to ensure that the product listed on website or offered by Customer Care is not feasible due to shortage, then your request for the refund will be actioned.
  5. Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. advises that you should confirm with Customer Care on the exact payment to be made before making a cheque or an online payment. Excess payment if collected can be adjusted against extra products or your request for a refund would be actioned.
  6. In a rare case should you receive a product with defective packaging, please email a picture of the same immediately on receiving the product to moo@therightmoo.com and Arrow Line Organic Products Pvt Ltd. Up on confirmation, we will replace the product or take your request for refund.
  7. Refund would be in the name of the customer by crossed cheque only and make take up to 15 working days to be actioned.
